Summary
An orchestration system for complex AI-assisted software development that separates planning, implementation, validation, and human approval across specialized models and tools. Rather than asking one AI to do everything, The Babysitter coordinates the strengths of different agents while maintaining a canonical task sequence, evidence trail, and explicit human control over consequential decisions.
Project record
01 / Overview
An AI development orchestration system that assigns models to architecture, implementation, validation, and review according to capability and cost.
02 / The idea
A single model is rarely best at every stage of making software. The system treats models as a working team with distinct responsibilities.
03 / What I did
System design, orchestration logic, evaluation strategy, and workflow development.
04 / How it works
Work is decomposed into roles and passed through explicit review gates, allowing stronger models to supervise focused, lower-cost execution.
05 / From assignment to evidence
Babysitter connects an architect’s approved assignment to a bounded implementation workflow. Notion holds the ordered roadmap and canonical prompt; the controller connects those fields to execution, validation, review, and recorded evidence. Spatial Lab’s completed N1 pilot shows the workflow in a real project. Completed N1 pilot shown; screenshots captured October 13, 2026.
